Consulting

The Klutznick team has provided advisory and consulting services for such prominent companies as General Dynamics Corporation, Pacific Gas and Electric Company and McDonald’s Corporation.  Consulting services include strategic planning based on review and analysis of individual properties and nationwide portfolios, as well as services ranging from acquisition and disposition strategies to property repositioning and redevelopment, from zoning and entitlements to new project development.

Investment and Development

The Klutznick team has created landmark mixed-use, office, retail, hotel, resort, residential and new community properties across the nation. Among these are Chicago’s Water Tower Place, 730 North Michigan Avenue, The Peninsula Chicago hotel and 333 West Wacker Drive; Los Angeles’ Fox Plaza office tower; Denver’s City Center complex; Boston’s Copley Place; Cleveland’s Sohio headquarters building; Houston’s First City Tower; The Inn & Links at Spanish Bay, Pebble Beach, California; and The Little Nell hotel, Aspen, Colorado.

Development capabilities include site analysis, land-use planning, land acquisition, financing, construction, architectural design and sustainable building. Mr. Rudolph was formerly Senior Vice President of Thomas J.
